Revert Adobe mid-term upgrade Switch Orders

Major Upgrade

Important: This feature is currently in Early Availability (EA) status. For more information on feature status, see Product lifecycle phases.

Marketplace Managers and sales agents can revert eligible Adobe mid-term upgrade Switch Orders within Adobe's 14-day return window. The subscription details view identifies the switched order and corresponding source order. The platform validates reversal eligibility with Adobe VIP Marketplace (VIPMP) before a revert is permitted, then restores the subscription and entitlements to the pre-upgrade state.

📝 Note: Reverts outside Adobe's allowed return window are not supported.

UI updates

  1. Open the subscription associated with a completed mid-term upgrade (Switch Order).
  2. On the subscription details view, identify the switched order and source order.
  3. Select Revert when the Switch Order is within the 14-day return window and eligibility is confirmed.
  4. Confirm the revert action. The platform validates eligibility with Adobe VIPMP and restores the subscription and entitlements to the pre-upgrade state.

Feature enablement
